Dave has been absolutely amazing all throughout the process of getting my new car. From day one he has gone over and above for me and I am astounded at the level of customer service he provides to not only me, but all of his customers even the ones that are clearly not there to buy a car. It's very obvious to me that Dave prides himself on his client relations and customer care, and he should! He works incredibly hard, and it is all for the benefit of the customer. The process of buying a car, especially one from a dealership, was a daunting idea for me, but Dave has made buying my car a breeze, and has destroyed my preconceived notions of all car dealers being pushy, manipulative and massive slimeballs - Dave is anything but. Even when my car started playing up just after receiving it, Dave was there - he loaned me a car for as long as it took, he patiently and willingly took my many calls worried about my car, and made sure that the costs of the repairs didn't fall onto me. I am so grateful that I decided to go and see Dave at Minor Motors, I am so happy with my car, but I am over the moon about the service I received from him. Thank you Dave!
