Dropped off my vehicle at 810am for a scheduled 30000km service. I was told that I would be contacted when the service was completed. I received a text message from Ireland Mitsubishi at 1036am, letting me know that my vehicle was ready for me to pick up. I happily paid the agreed invoice as we had discussed and confirmed the total amount. I did a quick check of my vehicle and drove home. I would like to thank all the staff involved in looking after me and my vehicle. I am more than happy to recommend and look forward to you taking care of my vehicle in future.
Great service when ordering and purchasing my new car. Luke was very helpful. Ease of process for test driving. Also thankful for their price guarantee given delays in arrival of stock. Thankfully my new car came early, less than 4 months after ordering. Do recommend.

Very disappointed with the service I received recently from this place. Took my car in to get a cracked intake line replaced to then have my car break down on the way home due to them putting it on the wrong way. Stuck on the side of the road with my newborn and my other 2 kids in the rain waiting for it to get towed back to Ireland's. They then took 2 days to fix the issue and no phone call to say the car was ready. If it wasn't for me calling to check the progress I would have been without my car all weekend as it was half an hour to their close time. Everytime I went in the shop I didn't feel welcomed and the service we received was pretty ordinary and not once did we recieve and appology. If it wasn't for my capped price servicing I wouldn't return here at all and I don't recommend them to anyone
Alex and the team were really friendly and helpful. Alex kept me up to date on the production and delivery of my vehicle the whole way through. Highly recommend!

I found that Ireland Mitsubishi were fantastic to deal with when purchasing a new car. A big thanks to Salesperson Briony who did a great job of looking after us during the car purchase. The process was made easy and without pressure. The vehicle was delivered, sitting shiny in the indoor sales show room, all dressed up with a bow and accompanied by warm greetings and smiles from the salesperson. Because Irelands is a total service, the vehicle was delivered with all the ordered accessories fitted and ready to go. I was also able to get a great deal on insurance. All in all I drove away feeling that picking up the new car was the great occasion it should be.
