the best asian food you will ever eat, ive eaten at just about every asian restaurant in Adelaide and none come close the the food at Mings, its not fancy or quite moodlit room just great traditional chinese food thats fresh with great service and its CLEAN.
best you make a booking because it can get quite busy, but if you have to wait it's well worth it.

Only place to go after work for a nice warm supper. Great food everything is almost perfectly cooked. Missus love the Deep Fried Salt & Pepper Trotter so much which we will have takeaway when we worked late on weekends. Had also dine in for few times with friends and it’s really a good place for gathering too. The only thing is they really need to get new menus. Current menus are really in terrible shape and stains everywhere… too unhygienic to be frank.
Covid times: only doing outdoor dining and takeaway food - we can still eat out safely . Takeaway Lunar New Year's Eve dinner at home from Ming's Steam Boat. Delicious food! . Crispy pork hock: soooo good! . Steamed free range chicken: a must have for lunar new year. This was really nicely done. Super tender and savoury . . Kung po prawns: pretty spicy and delicious! The prawns were soooo tender . . Egg whites with seafood: their version of this dish! Unfortunately the egg yolk was solidified by the time the food got to our home, but it still tasted great! Nice flavours . . Spinach with two types of eggs: typical dish that was nicely done! . Fried rice with seafood and egg white: another typical fried rice dish. A little bit on the bland side but still good.
Been here a lot time. The food is always great. I always deep fried salt and pepper pork trotter. Taste like heaven though I don't know what heaven taste like. Well it taste damn good.Food: 5/5
Extremely good customer service. Foods are good too not the best but we were very satisfied. 9/10 would come back again.
Not a very pleasant experience. We waited for 20 minutes at the table to be served and the waiter forgot our rice and table water. Food was good but they really need to improve their servicing
The Best Hot Pot i had in Adelaide!! Also provides variety dishes that are very similar to the taste from Asian hometown , it’s really a great restaurant for People who comes abroad for staying long time. The best choice of winter too!
Overpriced and Disappointing. Ordered ribs in venigar, the source taste nice but bately any meat, primarily fat and bones. Small serves for everything. Short stuffed, service is below average. This place was pretty good to start with. It's sad to lose another nice dining spot.

Ordered almost aud150 takeaway today through phone and the person was either playing Nintendo while taking orders or couldn't understand Chinese/ english. Am extremely disappointed with what we are getting upon unpacking our containers with at least 3 of the dishes weren't even half full with the salted egg yolk pumpkin barely enough for 2 adults. If you are on a strict diet and feel like getting ripped off then this place is highly recommended, otherwise money will be better spent on other eateries who are struggling and genuinely wanting to earn customers satisfaction.
