OUR CONCEPT...
We pride ourselves on sourcing only the best local produce, preparing it with minimal interference and serving it in it's purest form. Dining out wouldn't be complete without premium service to match the food. Our staff are trained hospitality professionals, attentive and thorough, exuding knowledge and personality, completing the full dining package.
OUR MENU...
Our beef is hand selected, aged to chefs standard, butchered on site and then lightly coated in our chimmi-churri sauce to deliver our signature flavour. We also serve Mayura Station Full Blood Wagyu beef.(www.mayurastation.com). Best known for their award winning Wagyu, Mayura Station is one of only two full blood Wagyu producers in Australia. We serve our Wagyu with a splash of olive oil and a pinch of sea salt to preserve its unique flavour. Not only do we source the best beef around, we serve an extensive array of South Australian seafood, game and fresh garden produce to match. Our team of chefs also use their creative streak to produce weekly specials designed to excite and entice the taste buds.

Whether you are celebrating a special occasion, entertaining clients or just enjoying a dinner out, wine is for drinking and we have chosen only the best for you to share. Our wine list encompases some of the best known South Australian drops, boutique small production varieties and a selection of imports. For something special we have put together a Cellar Selection list comprising rare and back vintage labels. Every bottle has been perfectly cellared and specifically chosen to suit our menu.
