Highly recommend the melton toyota dealership. Recently bought our new toyota Camry hybrid from here and the experience was wonderful. James the salesperson helped us in every possible way to get the vehicle ready for pickup on our desired day and time. The finance process was also very smooth as Lance the finance manager was very clear with the finance options and helped us to obtain a suitable car insurance for our vehicle.
Thank you so much Toyota Melton were in love with our new family car and thank you to Lance for going above and beyond and being able to get our finance approved and thanks to Ashlee for the support and being patient through the process, both were very friendly and i highly recommend them both thanks again!
I had a service for my car Toyota RAV4 on 19/01/2024 drop of time 12.30pm I dropped my car at 12.25pm . They told me your car ready by 1.45pm.they gave my at 3.15pm It’s not first time it always give you wrong time for pickup time for your car . The time what they gave if you reached there you need to wait additional 30 to 40 minutes. They don’t care for customers time . Time is really important if you can’t make it at least inform the customer prior. Never going back again in Melton Toyota . I hope you start understand customers value of time . Car not even washed properly.
