A wonderful dealership with a fabulous team!  And a superstar named Sam. nnI purchased a Tucson Highlander from Sam in 2020, so naturally when it was time to go electric I went straight back to Sam, and that was a very wise decision!  Sam was a pleasure to work with. Not once did I feel pressured into buying anything.  I am thrilled with my new Kona EV and will happily refer family and friends to Sam at Harrison Hyundai.nnOn top of fabulous service, Sam's patience and empathy was immensely appreciated.  I ordered my car a few days before surgery and picked it up a week after!  I was not rushed through the handover process or pressed to collect the car sooner, something I greatly appreciated.nnI can't wait to be able to drive it; but for now, I'm very happy as a passenger. It's a wonderful car!

We just purchased the new Tucson through Dale.  Our experience was brilliant.  Dale was able to answer all our questions put up with our toddler, even ensuring our toddler was involved.  If anyone is looking to purchase a car, we strongly recommend speaking with Dale.nNot once did we feel that they were pushing for sales.nHe knew the car extremely well, able to show us everything.   During Contract period, Dale kept us updated and was always a phone call away.    On the day of collection, he spent so must time with us, again showing us all the buttons, setting up blue link and making sure we were comfortable.nnDale deserves more than 5 stars

A few months ago we took my daughters Velostar to Harrison Hyundai, they were super busy easy to tell by how many cars were rolling in for services etc however the team Chris in particular were magnificent.nThe issue, which we were advised elsewhere virtually meant the car was about to die, was rectified by Chris and the team within 2 or 3 days, and it has been perfect ever since.nVery appreciative of the efforts made and we'll certainly take it back when required.

We got looked after by Sam and he made our car buying experience quite pleasant and easy. Sam answered all our questions without the pushy sales pitches. Sam's demeanor made our stressful decision relaxing and to a point where both parties walked away with a smile. The after sales team was excellent too, again, informative without being pushy, another pleasant experience. When the time arises, I would not hesitate in making Harrison Hyundai our first stop in car shopping.

Unfortunately, my car had a strange fault at 60,000kms straight after a service so it was a little up in the air of what the cause could have been; however, Melton Hyundai, specifically the male manager apologies, I don't recall his name was super helpful and accommodating. He listened, understood our personal circumstances, and reassured me that my car is in good hands.nAlthough my car is still with Hyundai, my confidence in them increased significantly once the manager stepped in and made sure the service was beyond exceptional.
