A very good source of classic Ford parts! I've been able to find essential parts here for restoring a '78 F100. Prices are very good in comparison with shipping the equivalent items from the US, service is good and items arrive well packaged. The quality of everything has been really good, so All American Driveline is permanently bookmarked on my web browser! It's a huge job importing and stocking American car parts, so hats off to the folks running this operation and hope the range continues to grow. Well done all.
Dropped off a 4 speed, t case, and steering box out of my 1976 f250 for them to them to look over. I was told if anything needed a rebuild it would be months before parts arrived from the states. I said that is fine I have a spare 4 speed so we can scab parts off that if need be. I was told it would take 2 weeks before they had time to look it over. 4 weeks later I contacted them asking about my parts. They then hit me with a $1250 bill for just the 4 speed and they said they have not even started on the t case yet. At no point was new parts or labour discussed as I told them I have spares they can use. Also a 4 speed top loader is only worth $600 in good condition. I told them to keep the 4 speed and I will come collect my t case and stearing box. The owner said no he wants me to pay the full $1250 and is holding the rest of my parts as ransom.
To clear up a previous review, we asked for a pressure regulator. Tried to tell me a pressure sensor. I Informed I just want a pressure regulator to which we were sent the wrong part, "pressure sensor" We were not refunded postage due to an incompetent parts interpreter. Then would not admit fault! Overpriced parts! Tara did say you said a pressure sensor and the wiring issue. , to which I said no I want A pressure regulator. Which she ordered. You got it wrong. Just typical service these days I guess.
Dropped off parts for a repair quote. Was told it would take 2 weeks to quote. Took 4 weeks after 4 attempts over 1 week to get a response. Get a call after 4 weeks being told to collect it for $1250 and if not picked up will be binned and crushed with other parts. Unbelievable experience and deceiving thievery from the owner and Jason. Update: At no point was cost discussed about re assembly. Work was started and completed without notification. At no point had anyone stated no one had any money.
Ordered 2 door handles express. I received an order from the US shipped a day later, a whole week before the handles arrived. Upon arrival one handle was brand new and the other looked like it had come off a car. Covered in pitting and scratches. Rang to see if I could sort it out - was told to email with the issue. 2 weeks and no response. Disappointed because I really want to support Aus suppliers but the service was rubbish and the product whilst sold as new was clearly not.
This is the one stop shop for all your f truck needs, the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable and can solve any f truck issues you may have, they have so many parts great service I highly recommend.
Been a few times to get different bits & pieces for my 2001 F250 7.3 6 speed manual single cab & can't fault them great friendly service.
Purchased item for my layed up truck. Been over a week and still listed as "pick". Purchased off them as they did express post. Contacted them to find out why it's taking so long to "pick" my item. No reply... Finally got them and they said it was out of stock. I said when I purchased it there was one left. Have screen shot of listing showing one left. I asked when were they going to be in ..was told they are on back order and they don't know... I said when were you going to let me know that you couldn't fill my order... Asked for a refund and I'm still waiting for that. A great deal of your business would be online sales so not good business practice to only have one person able to do the job. Seems that you should also train staff to fill other areas when staff are on holidays.
