We’ve all seen the commercial ‘Don’t take a chance, go to Alan Mance’ 😜 Went here the other day to purchase a new Triton, I was very apprehensive as one could expect, buying a new car doesn’t happen every day (well not for us anyway) Fred from Alan Mance Melton (Mitsubishi) was fantastic at helping us navigate through that process, It’s just a simple fact that the prices on Alan Mance’s website were simply better than anywhere else we looked and trust me, I looked. We walked away that day with a very fair price on both our new Triton and our trade in. I have zero complaints Fred’s boss was also very relaxed and helpful, but I can’t remember his name. (My bad) This is a very honest review, I can not comment on the experience you will get with any of the other numerous sales people at this huge car sales complex, but I can tell you that Fred and his boss will look after you. 👍 Because they looked after us 👌

Absolutely terrible. I was not having problems with my car prior to taking it for a service here. Then after the first service here suddenly I’m having brake failure . I took my car back to get the brake issue sorted, the mechanics took a complete guess at what was wrong and replaced the wrong part only to then come back and say it was something else and then replacing that as well. It cost thousands. Now after that got "fixed" my car wont go into diff lock any more. They have completely messed up with my car. They have appalling customer service and will never do any maintenance on any car I have again.

I had a manufacturers recall on my Mitsubishi Triton. I was nervous about bringing it in because I use my car for work. The fella on the phone told me it would take around 2 hours, so I booked it in. I was in and out in around 1 hour 15 minutes. Very chuffed! Thanks to the service team at Mitsubishi Melton for looking after me. All the best, Brett

I bought my triton from Melton dealership and had some issues. The service manager did everything from his capacity but took while to get on board the Mitsubishi Australia. Now it's all fixed and love the team ....great work boys and highly recommended Service Manager David for his outstanding work.
