Steven Eagell Toyota Milton Keynes were very quick to sell the car to me but after taking it in for a repair boot door replaced, the quality of the repair has been far from what I expected see images. There are large gaps between the panels and the boot does not shut smoothly. I have tried to get hold of someone for months, only to be passed on to other team members. Will not be using this dealership again.
Joanna was amazing, very friendly discussed and went through all the options and went above and beyond. Very lovely people. The car is just amazing- drives superbly and so smooth and comfortable to ride and drive.
I was dealt with by Sales Controller Omar and sales consultant Kumanie. Brilliant costumer service from both, they really listened to the attention to detail and even when I came to collect my new car months later they remembered every detail we discussed. Whenever I walk into the Milton Keynes branch I am welcomed with a smile and a coffee by the lovely hosts. I feel at ease dealing with this branch, this is my third car with them and I will always come back. Highly recommend Toyota Milton Keynes.
From ordering to handing over our new car the service given to us has been fantastic. Our family have now purchased three cars through Steven eagle and always dealt with Kumani. After the exhaust on my car came off driving home, Ollie Jones put me in touch with someone who could recover my car & take it to Toyota. Knowing I needed my car for work Ollie got it booked in ASAP with a very quick turn around, giving me information & updates too. I've not had any issues since! We bought a Toyota RAV4 recently and we can proudly say it was the best choice we have made in terms of car, the overall experience of buying a car was very pleasant and we would highly recommend Steven Eagell Toyota to our friends. A special mention must be made for Matthew Gibbon who was the sales associate we dealt with , the handover during collection of the vehicle was thorough and his behaviour has always been professional. In all my experience of dealing with dealership's over the years not all so great! I have yet to come across someone as diligent in his role as Charley at Steven Eagell. Whether it be a tyre change, service package or a general query, Charley has always been able to resolve my query in the first instance. Highly recommended!
I popped into Steven Eagell Toyota Milton Keynes to test drive the new GR86 with their sales rep Kristian. He is clearly an enthusiast when it comes to cars and a genuine people person. Very knowledgeable and happy for me to test the capabilities of the car. Amazing experience and friendly staff all-round.
