Its a grate place to buy cars and even to trade in. They give good value for your existing car. Bobby is grate person!! Very friendly staff. Good after sale service. They have their own mechanic to help you out. Six months free service given to me. They help you to get finance. Its a marvelous place, better than a dealer for sure, when you buy a secondhand car. He explains very well with pros and cons of each car. He is not pushy to sell the cars. Overall reliable cars for good value. Thanxx you heaps bobby for you help......

Real pleasure doing business with Bobby! Hard to come across honest and straightforward people like him these days. He doesn't try to undervalue your vehicle or overvalue his stock. Expect a respectful and friendly encounter both on personal and professional level. Very realistic, and excellent interpersonal skills. I came here to buy my first car and we were met with exceptional service by Bobby who was extremely helpful and compassionate. He gave me great advice and was never once pushy. Being new to Melbourne buying a car was more complicated than expected, but all went well when I met Bobby at Impact Motors. Beautiful cleaning job & exceptionally good service. I recommend everyone to come to impact motors!! Love you guys!
