Dined here recently and thought the food was quite nice, only question I have is to why there was cheese on the chicken and corn? Weird combination and smelt bad no offence. Nice staff members, however our dishes continuously stacked up when they wouldn't come around and pick them up and in particular the manager was rude and vulgar to us. We read clearly in the menu our rules and rights and she still pushed her point even though we hadn't be told prior or stopped until she had to put her word in. Could've been happier for us to leave and enjoy our desserts elsewhere with good company. We all felt uncomfortable and hurt that it seemed like our group had been particularly picked out and treated badly. Also y'all need to turn up the lights I get it to set the mood but we couldn't even read the menus or see each other properly. Wouldn't recommend dining here if you actually like having fair rights as a paying customer xoxo

left feeling very upset because of one particular staff lady who made me and my friends very uncomfortable as she was rude and lowkey hella sassy. She tried to rip us off and gave very rude looks. wouldn't recommend also overpriced for the size of food although its tasty and just an uncomfortable environment.

Highly rated food, lovely staff and great atmosphere! I would definitely recommend checking out this foodie gem!

Meeka restaurant has some really nice and friendly staff, but one particular lady who I think was the manager was not friendly whatsoever. She was rude, mean and in general wasn't a nice lady. The food itself was good but I would certainly never come back here without a doubt, the service of that lady made myself and my friends extremely annoyed and frustrated. I'm normally not one to put out a bad review but this experience at the Meeka restaurant was terrible. What made it worse was that it was my friends birthday, and we were served poorly. All other staff were extremely friendly, and constantly asked if we were ok and if we needed anything, this lady however was the complete opposite, she had dark brown hair, glasses and had a tattoo on her left arm. I saw so many great reviews before coming here and was so excited to try this restaurant out but left feeling extremely frustrated. I give it one star because of the food and thats it. Overall food was great, service not so much. Oh p.s: didn't intentionally do this but I accidentally took the napkin thing and left with it, my bad. I was wearing white pants and I guess I didn't see the napkin on myself. sorry.
