The atmosphere is great and feels like a classy Italian restruant should do. The food tastes amazing and looks beautiful. Right from the start I was served the best bread and oil dip I've ever had. The staff were very kind and although I never asked for a modified order, a waiter assured us that the chef would be happy to make a modified dish. The price tag is quite steep but the quality is all there. I'd definitely come back.

Great food and atmosphere. Highly recommended. Was very busy but the food came out quickly and the drinks kept flowing. Great place to wow your fellow diners.

Without doubt one of the best restaurants in Perth. The atmosphere and the food are magnificent, the service is excellent. Very difficult to find fault or areas for improvement, other than perhaps (and this is a very long bow), restricting the sizes of tables so a smaller number. We had a group of about 10 near us and they were a little loud and kept moving around which was sometimes a distraction in such a small space. I'll definitely be back, but make sure you book, it is very popular and has been for a long time.

Dined at Galileo to mark a special occasion. The service was impeccable, the beverage selection was impressively extensive and the food was exceptional. Some time had passed between visits to this restau but the experience was wonderfully consistent with my first impression. Everything on the menu was enticing so i must admit we ate with our eyes and over-ordered for 2 people. But it was worth it! The dishes were elegant and deliciously complimented each other. The restau certainly fills up, catering to tables of various sizes, however your space isn't compromised and you are able to have a conversation without straining to hear or be heard. I'd suggest booking well in advance to ensure your desired date and a prime spot is reserved. Mind you, when enjoying quality food and wine in good company, everywhere is a good spot! Nb: Don't be shy to ask the sonmelier for wine matching advice - he's awesome. Galileo offers a classy dining experience with without pomp or a try-hard edge. Thank you Una and All :-)

Simply outstanding! The best Italian food you can get in Perth and a terrific and extensive wine list. Staff are friendly and brilliant and the chefs clearly set a high standard for the wonderful food they produce.
