Called as soon as they opened to book an appointment for that day to be told to just walk in at any time and wait my turn. That was fine. So decided I would head down at 11am to find it all shut and closed. There were no signs stating that they were on a lunch break or anything. All completely shut. Now I have to ring around at lunch time to find an appointment elsewhere this late in the day when I could have done that this morning knowing that this place would be closed for half the day. Opening hours stated Mon- Fri 8:30am - 4pm. Pretty poor effort.
