South Yarra Clinic and Medicentre Como has been my GP for a long time. The staff are pleasant and always trying their best to help patients book in appointments. The medical doctors in this centre are very professional, caring and compassionate.
Went there as a new patient today and had a really great experience. Was greeted by the lovely receptionist Sue and seen by Dr Hema who diagnosed my issue and made me feel really comfortable throughout. Thank you! X
I have been a patient at this clinic for many years & have always found the staff very pleasant & professional. The doctors are very caring & thorough, in particular Dr Christina and Dr Wanda - thank you
The most rudest receptionist I have ever talked by phone, I wanted to make a booking for my dad but due to I could not find all the information in their website I decide to call and ask, even during the call I apologied to her for bothering with my questions, but she was just reply rudely and at the end hang out the call. I do not want even book any appointment with them, with such a treatment.
The staff and dr's are so lovely. You feel valued and cared for. South yarra clinic for over 6 years. Dr. Christina is so wonderful and always makes the effort to investigate symptons and correct treatment. Dr. Wanda is also wonderful with the same care. And Dr. Hema is also very caring. As a female it is a very comfortable and professional medical centre.
Very professional, and punctual, friendly clean suite and the doctor was approachable not that I was there for anything dramatic she was easy to talk with and explained the medication well over all a good experience
Very friendly service at reception. And Dr Hema John was very thorough and gave a comprehensive explanation of my condition and treatment.
I was extremely impressed with the care and attention shown to me by Natasha at reception, as well as the brilliant care I received from Dr Cristina Visoiu.
This is a great med centre. Love they have all female docs! My experience with all that I have dealt with is great. Been seeing Dr Hema John now and her attention to detail and level of follow up is probably the best of had. I highly recommend this practice and Dr John.
We visited this clinic for the first time and consulted doctor Hema John, she is very experienced and really good in treating my kid and my kid recovering well after her treatment. Best doctor to visit.
