Zoe Rippon is the best physiotherapist I've ever had. She is honest, and passionate about physiotherapy, actively pursuing further education to improve her practice. She is the only physio who accurately diagnosed the cause of my pain and worked with me to improve it, meaning I've felt the best I have in years. Would 100% recommend Zoe if you want your pain to go away for good.
Have being seeing the team here for years. Luke Nicholls is outstanding. Richard Lee and Richard Squires are great remedial massage therapists and Clayton is a great personal trainer. If you're not already a patient of this clinic, do yourself a favour and become one ! The receptionist Gillian also makes your visit a very pleasant one. Thanks guys !
Had cause to visit South Yarra Spine & Sports Medicine this week and found the professionalism and sheer ability outstanding as usual. Courteous, Informative, accurate with the diagnosis and most of all, spot on with the treatment and home care plan, I feel considerably better already. Excellent location, excellent facilities, professional and knowledgeable team delivering excellent results. I highly recommend.
The team here are second to none. The girls and Craig at reception are friendly, helpful and organised. They make the experience of coming for treatment far more enjoyable. I have seen Dean Huffer Physio and John Quinn High Performance Coach. I couldn’t recommend Dean Huffer more highly as a physio. I was referred to him by Dr Karen Holzer who diagnosed my substantial list of injuries neck, shoulders, back and quads. At first when I was told I would be seeing a physio I was hesitant as all physios I had used billed for an hour, saw you for 45 minutes, didn’t prescribe effective exercises and spent most of the session wasting time with an ultrasound machine. Dean was a whole new level. He genuinely cared about my recovery, didn’t waste time in sessions, prescribed exercises that helped my recovery, made time for me when I needed to see him, was effective with his hands and with needles. He was professional in every aspect, would send me his notes if I requested them, had outstanding working knowledge of the body, would respond to my emails in a timely manner and had intentions to help me heal so I wouldn’t have to see him anymore. I think dean is the best physio I have ever come across. I owe a huge portion of my recovery to him, I can’t express my gratitude enough. John is a complete legend. He took the time to get to know me and my goals to help design a rehab plan to follow on from what Dean had prescribed. He made himself available to me whenever required to ensure I felt comfortable doing rehab correctly and sincerely cared that I was getting stronger, healthier and happier. I can't recommend this team any higher, they are professionals and have helped me recover from substantial injuries that impacted my life.
Marina from South Yarra Spine and Sports Medicine has been sending me texts about other peoples appointment times and even texts with the schedule of some of the other staff - 6 in total - she doesn't check the numbers and seems quite happy to send to anyone - I have never been to this centre and live in another state - I left a phone message requesting they desist but still got another! Perhaps a 1 star rating may encourage Marina to be more professional about who she is texting.
Luke is an excellent chiropractor and has always managed to significantly reduce any back and neck pain that I'm occasionally inflicted with. The follow up advice and general level of authentic interest in my health is also appreciated.
Doctors and therapists are brilliant. Excellent diagnosis and care. However the ancillary services ie. Booking appointments, accurate billing and follow up calls are poor.
