I’ve always had a great experience at Medical One. The reception staff are friendly, welcoming and always happy to help, which makes every visit easy.nnThe doctors are fantastic. He is caring, and genuinely takes the time to listen and understand your concerns. I really appreciate how clearly he explains everything and makes you feel comfortable!nnThe receptionist was friendly, welcoming, and made you feel uncomfortable the moment you came to the desk. Overall, I’ve been very happy with the level of care and would definitely recommend Medical One Clinic and Dr Sam to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy doctor.

Reception staff member Carina was so lovely and went above and beyond to get me an appointment last minute when I needed assistance changing a wound dressing. Then Dr Malathi Srinivasan attended to my dressing showing my partner how to help change it. She did not even charge me for the service. Very kind of her when I was feeling very low.

I had such a lovely experience today with Lisa the receptionist. I called around a few gps this morning and everyone was quite unhelpful and to be honest rude over the phone, however when I called medical one Taylor’s lakes and Lisa answered she was not only able to get my son seen by a doctor quickly, she went above and beyond to make the experience as smooth as possible, it’snAlways scary having to take your little ones to the doctor but I won’t be going anywhere else but medical one Taylor’s lakes from now on. Thank you to Lisa and Dr Patil for your help today.

The wait times at this clinic are beyond ridiculous. The doctors are constantly making patients wait over 1 hour past their appointment times without any remorse. Shocking, consistent problem that is never addressed by management despite complaints routinely from patients every time I have visited this clinic. Would never recommend!
