Absolutely disgusting inside. Staff have enough time to sit around and talk while there is rubbish everywhere! This table is just one of the many tables covered in food and sticky soda. Pathetic! Behind the counter someone spilt half a giant bag on M&Ms all over the counter while filling the container used to hold them. It must have annoyed them because the mess remained spread all over the entire time we were there. The manager was there, saw him helping out, so this level of filth is acceptable. Wouldn’t trust the food to be clean after seeing this.nnA month later I decided to try the breakfast……should be clean at 7am right?! Nope! The tables were all covered in crumbs and sticky stuff. There was a partly eaten mildly hamburger under one of the tables too.
How long are you going to keep using the new shockingly bad drink lids? The pop off all the time and if you get an Uber delivery you can guarantee the drinks have spilt entirely and entire order is soggy. Happened multiple times so it’s definitely a design flaw. Old lid you could literally put drink on the side and it wouldn’t spilll instead you replace it with a new one that flies off.
This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Unfortunately, it's not just a one-off bad experience either — they are consistently terrible.nEvery time I go through the drive-thru, I feel like I'm being rushed, and the staff are often rude. When you get to the window, they frequently don't even acknowledge you or speak to you at all. On top of that, it regularly takes an incredibly long time for someone to answer at the drive-thru speaker. On a couple of occasions, nobody answered at all, and I had to drive through to the final window just to let them know customers were waiting to order.nTo make matters worse, they consistently get my orders wrong. Whether it's missing items, incorrect items, or mistakes with customisations, it seems to happen far more often here than anywhere else.nThis is easily the least accommodating, most rude, and worst-service McDonald's I have ever visited. The most frustrating part is the consistency — these issues happen again and again. I would avoid this location if you have any other option.
Good maccas. Food was damn good, coffee was the perfect temp for me, strong too, i'm buzzing, good stuff. Staff were working hard and getting the orders completed super fast - surprised at the speed. I got everything i ordered, and the dining area was clean. Touch screens worked no worries. Not applicable to me personally, but love that they still have a bit of a playground area too - rare sight for a maccas these days. Pretty happy.
Very frustrating drive-thru experience today.nI pulled up to the ordering speaker and waited for around 30 seconds. I said “hello” multiple times but there was absolutely no response — no greeting, no “please wait”, nothing at all. From a customer’s perspective, it simply looked like the ordering system wasn’t working.nBecause of that, I drove forward to the first window and politely asked if I could place my order there. The staff member refused and said she couldn’t take orders at the window, she was “taking the line”.nThe problem is that there was zero communication at the ordering point. If staff are busy, a simple “please wait” through the speaker would completely avoid situations like this.nnI then went inside the store to speak with the manager. Unfortunately the response was very disappointing. The manager briefly said “sorry”, then immediately turned around and continued working without asking any staff to follow up or addressing the issue at all.nnDrive-thru service depends on communication and basic customer service. Today there was neither.nnHopefully management can look into this and improve the drive-thru process, because this experience was far below what customers should expect.
