Order from McDonald’s Prahran and it’s like buying a lottery ticket.nWhat will you get?nIt’s a surprise ‍nnIt probably won’t be what you asked for but hey, that’s ok, the staff are not going to care anyway.nnOnly constant is you will get half your fries and a solid eye roll when you ask them to try again.nnI once did get more than I order when my coffee had the lid from the milk floating in the cup.nnWinning at life, McDonalds Prahran
Its a awful and disgusting services!nI feel disappointment with the service I received at McDonald’s 484 Malvern Rd, Prahran VIC 3181 around 10 am. My order is 143. The front counter staff member was extremely unprofessional—she didn’t greet customers, had poor posture, and looked completely uninterested in serving me. Her attitude was the worst I’ve ever encountered in a customer service role. And she with others look like have a lot of funs in front of the counter. Are you serious? !nOn top of that, her lack of competency was shocking. I ordered an Egg & Sausage McMuffin with an extra egg, repeating my request twice. Despite this, she wasn’t able to enter the order herself and had to call another staff member to enter a code for her. When I finally received my order, the extra egg was missing entirely. And she didn't put any soueces for my order!! RIDIGULOUES!nI was left wondering: why was someone without proper system access even serving customers? Is McDonald’s cutting corners on staffing? Surely, a global company like McDonald’s can afford to hire properly trained employees who know how to do their jobs.nWhat’s even more concerning is the underlying attitude of some employees towards non-local customers. If McDonald’s is serious about providing inclusive, professional service, your hiring process should ensure all staff are properly trained in customer service and workplace ethics. Don't you??!!nAt the end of the day, this is a customer-facing job, and there should be some standard of professionalism. I don’t expect fine dining service, but I do expect basic competence, respect, and a willingness to do the job properly.nI’d appreciate a response on what steps will be taken to improve service standards at this location. Thank you!
Bruhhhh whoever works there is so incompetent. Always messes up my order. Ordered a minecraft meal and they messed up my drinks and sauce and worst of all no minecraft item. It’s only been a day bruhhhhhhh i’m so disappointed.
Our favorite McDonald's in Melbourne. Staff are always friendly and efficient and go above and beyond to serve.nnThey have a big play area with 2 doors.nnLast night I had a big order and the girl who took my order missed 1 drink, so the counter lady gave us a free drink. I was very pleasantly surprised
If I could put less I would don’t go past 10pm on a weekday, they consistently mess up your order, had to use the drive thru 3 times until they got it right. Each time I gave the bag something else was either wrong or missing.
