It's a very busy store on an intersection next to a BP servo. Many times when using the drive-thru at peak times I've been directed to the waiting bay and a couple of orders had items missing. But the staff do seem to try and feedback was taken when items were missed, not bad considering the foot traffic the store needs to deal with
This store is by far one of the best in Melbourne, its service is fast & efficient and its store is clean... The staff clean the tables throughout the day.nnThe store was recently upgraded, it now has a lift to the second floor for those with a disability, it also now has an outside window for couriers to collect orders, a fast & respected process.nnI like the idea that drivers can just collect their order, without staff withholding the order and demanding the driver mark the order as collected, because that'd be hostile and disrespectful to these hard working couriers... Respect & trust goes both ways.nnI've given 5 stars based on the mutual respect between the store & couriers, cleanliness, speed of service and the overall atmosphere of the store.
I wish I could give 0 stars. I’m not even talking about the fact that every time I order on uber eats items are missing, but this is a new level.nI ordered a LARGE meal and they actually put 2 cups small and medium inside the large cup.nLike I literally got a small drink dressing up like large. Like how disgusting is that?! It’s not for the drink it’s just so annoying and disrespectful.
Burger was really dry, think they forgot sauces. Chips had no salt, overall really blandnThe tables were very dirty, had a good infestation in one of the corner tables
This McDonald’s store has gone downhill.. I regularly get my coffee in the morning herenLately it’s been either luke warm or scolding hot ! Today it just about burnt my face off I had to spit it out in my carnWon’t be back !
