We had a very disappointing experience with our Christmas purchase
at Stocked Hawksburn.  We purchased Pork and Turkey.  The Pork was
very good but we were not happy with the Turkey.
Our neighbour had the same complaint with the Turkey she purchased also.  She called on behalf of both of us and was told that they want happy customers and were very sorry to hear that her Christmas  lunch was spoilt because of the Turkey and were more than happy to refund
the cost of the Turkey and did so while she was on the phone.
 My neighbour passed this onto me and said to call as she was sure the same would be done for me after her calling on behalf of both of us.  When I called I was told that it was not possible to
be refunded unless I still had the Turkey.  I asked why that wasn't the case with my neighbour and was told that the accounts people would not allow  any more refunds without the Turkey being returned.
I find this very disappointing and cannot understand how a refund can be given for someone with the same complaint as me but not possible for
my purchase.
It was my first purchase from Stocked and definitely will be my last.

Yesterday I in stocked food store in Malvern road and love it. this shop was right up my a lee this is a great shop if you are a true food lovers shop. this deli shop is the best shop I have ben to a part from Prahran market and the David jones food hall.

Thank you for the best home made tartare sauce which was a big hit at my dinner party. Extremely helpful staff. Fabulous variety of food. The cheese selection is always very good. A real gem in our area. Couldn't live without Stocked.
