I visit this location most Monday mornings on my commute. The team is great and the food and coffee is always good! Shout out to the friendly team member that served me on Monday morning around 6am! - they were rather busy but she managed it so well with so skeleton staff working. I believe she said she was new The one thing that irks me about this location is that they seem to powerwash the drive through every Monday morning it's always really awkward waiting for them to let me past and having to drive over the cords.
Check your order here, they always miss out food. Just went tonight through the drive through had to empty bag to show that the sweet and sour sauce had been left out before the Manager would give it to me, she may have been having a bad day but didn't have to be so rude it was just sweet and sour sauce.Food: 1/5
Drove away with incorrect burger and part of the order missing. When I went back into the shop and requested the correct items the lady was rude, even eye roll, then stood a wee way off saying to a colleague that people should check their orders. Wrong order no worries it happens, rude attitude however!
Ordered my usual, the boss burger, now this burger arrived by table order HOT, super tasty & the meat pattie was amazing!!!!! I have never had a burger that tastes as good as this one, the nuggets were fresh, great service, overall my experience was AWESOME!!Food: 5/5
Always go through drive through people are nice and very helpful 28th Dec 10.45pm went through drive through I smiled and said hello, no smile back . Waited for 15mins from the time I ordered till I got the food. I understand that it was busy n short of stuff but would be nice to let us know there is a delay.
Oops I wrote the previous comment for the service station and I was on McDonald's lol sorry bout that. McDonald's was great even though I don't eat there food. We had 2 different kind of breakfasts, and we shared. It was lovely my daughter took her egg off her burger and ate it last due to the cost of them nowadays. We went through the drive through, the service was quick and easy the staff were polite, and can you believe this from me, I loved the burger and chips and drink. Keep smiling and kp up the good work
I drove through on Saturday 10th Sept just for a couple of drinks + fries on my way North and the service was so good! The drive-thru was so busy yet the staff were so fast, and more importantly they were genuinely lovely in their customer service even while busy. The two people who served me made my night by just genuinely talking to me rather than at me and they had such joyful energy - it was just a lovely surprise! Not often you remember a Maccas drive-thru experience haha
Very clean and tidy and staff were pleasant and friendly to deal with and didn't have long to wait for our meal. Only 4 stars overall because the carpark is terrible if you are parked and the drive through line is full you cant back out until the line has cleared unfortunately this is just how it is.Food: 5/5
Received the wrong burgers and didn't want to turn around as we were on our way to Auckland. They wouldn't take any codes from the app and were too lazy to steam the buns of the burgers.
Horrible. I got the chicken almighty burger and it looked like it had been made by a child. Thrown together so badly that you couldn't pick it up and eat it properly, and drenched in so much BBQ sauce that was all I could taste. Do not recommend.
