Nice and fresh this afternoon! Staff are always friendly and do a great job with your order I’ve never had a mixed up order from here before. Plenty of parking around. Drive-thru is easy to navigate. Can be a very busy store depending on the times and which day of the week but the main part of the store inside is always clean. Always happy to come here if I’m in the area and I can’t think of what to eat. Better in every way than CT next door..

Never had a bad coffee from here. They've managed to keep consistency on each visit. Ive ordered many different combinations; different sugars, syrups, milks, temperatures, and the cafe staff have always got it right. In particular, they managed to make an extra hot soy latte without burning the milk. Their cafe side of the business is an overall pleasant experience. However, some days I am disappointed with the kitchen side of the store when items such as grilled chicken aren't being served, and the staff won't elaborate as to why. I would usually be happy to wait if they just need to cook it, however they lose my patronage as I have other nearby options for a grilled chicken salad. In short, customer service could be better, however if you want a decent coffee, this place delivers!

Food was great, customer service by the restaurant manager was sub par (barely acknowledging us and taking far too long to place a simple burger meal and a coke) and was treating the horde of 14 year old kids working for her horribly in front of customers. Needs some proper training...
