Bought the whopper family meal today and I wasn't impressed. The whoppers were so dry it was as if they had been sitting in a warmer for hours. Haven't bought hungry jacks for a while, now I know why. Now it's definitely made up my mind, never coming back.

Haven't had any problems with this store in the past. Many of the reviews make this store seem that it is worse than it is. For a fast food restaurant you can't expect much and for Baldivis, this store is clean, has friendly staff and caters for children with a party room and a playground. Food is yummy and would consider this over KFC Baldivis.

Made a mistake with my order and when u go back to get the correct order i got attitude and rude service. Maybe get some of staff members a proper training and teach them to be more friendly and helpful. A smile can change someones day.

Front staff very nice. But the boy making burgers very unprofessional gave dirty looks to my elderly mother. Not happy.

Hiii i went to eat hj baldivis last night and i got really bad service first of all i had to wait 5 min on drive thru speaker to place my order bt no one took my order thn i came at second window cause it was night time about 2:00am thn i waited there for 5 mins again to come some one else to take my order bt unfortunatley no one came in thereafter a car came on drive to place order and they took order for that car thn the manger came on window and asked me to pay $45 i said i didnt place order cause u didnt take my order thn she said me did u press button on speaker i was confused cause its first time i heared i have to press any button on speaker to place order bt anyhow she took my order and i had to wait another 4 to 5 min to get my food bt after waiting that much long like for 15 min i was expecting gd food for me bt finally i got dry extra long chicken it was feeling like it was sitting in warmer since last 4 hours though chips was really fresh bt i had to sleep after eating chips i would never reckon my any frnd to go to hj baldivis to eat in future
