It's like a lottery draw not knowing if you'll get a winner meal. Winner being all fresh and not compared to something  you'd eat from a bin if desperate. The chips are no longer good since the change. The care and dedication towards the food now is poor, and that's hungry jacks fault not the staff. Big companies think once they're big they can serve feral food. Pick up the standard HJ

We stood at the counter next to the bloke whose order was being processed for exactly 10 minutes and neither of the 2 counter staff acknowledged us or attempted to offer any kind of greeting, this is basic manners and should be automatic to anybody when dealing with customers, we left hungry and will not return.

Opened on Xmas day when everyone else was closed. Mac's was closed too. Staff was cheerful and friendly. Food was standard as all hungry jacks are. Happy brunch with the family
