Food decent. Young blonde girl brought it to my table and was gone in a heart beat....extremely poor service, notwithstanding no napkins or straws and no attention so I could tell her. People, you need to say hello with a smile on your face, maintain an open, comfortable gesture and mentioned smile. Stay at the table and say something like, 'I hope you enjoyed your meal.' Don't leave yet...wait for answer and ask if there is anything you can do for the customer? That's when I smile back and ask you to please retrieve napkins and straws? That's when you apologize whether you think it's your fault or not (it is BTW because you were the last person to manage the food and your job is to serve customers. You could always resign if you don't like the job. You looked like you didn't like the job. Was that my fault? Hell no, I'm a paying customer. Myself and people like me are the entire reason you get paid so change the attitude or go already and let someone with decent manners accept my custom. Haven't been back since and I forwarded the complaint right...now. Nuff said

I rarely go to McDonald’s if ever, but at 6:30am this morning after little sleep and a hankering for a coffee and some breakfast, I went to this one. The lady through the intercom and then again at the drive thru was extremely chirpy and friendly (I can’t remember her name) even wishing me a great day with enthusiasm, the best service I have had, not something you really expect from a fast food joint but pleasantly surprising. To whoever this lady was, you made my day, all the best to you.

The Angus Burger was very tasty and the rest of the food was delious also. The children had a lot of fun in the kids playground. We will go again

First visit at any store for many years. Went to the Rockingham store. Pleasantly surprised.

Went through drive through wated 25 minutes and still they got my order wrong. Very disappointing after 25 years still hasn't changed. Service and attention to peoples orders is dismal to say the least. Will not be going back or recommending rockingham McDonalds to anyone in fact will deter as many people from visiting as possible. Absolutely terrible!!!!
