I used to think that Mecca's was a safe bet for coffee, may not be perfect but you knew what to expect. If I wasn't 30 km down the rd I would bring it backnHot. Water with a hint of coffee, disgusting. If you can't make coffee MacDonald's, don't falsely advertise and sell

I think it's great that the staff have good team spirit .... But it would be nice as a customer to feel that same enthusiasm and appreciation. Cold fries, indifferent service and no 'thank you' at the counter at food collection... 2 stars

Absolutely disgusting, I put in an order and payed around 50 dollars for food, my order got lost twice, my toasted sandwich wasnt even toasted it was just pure bread, I asked for no onions, no mustard, no pickles and no lettuce on my cheese burger and i got pickles on the first one, I went back up to get a new one, I got given a cheese burger with everything but the pickles this time, I also ordered 2 ice creams, one with a flake and one with m&m and oreos one didnt come with my bloody flake and the m&m icecream didnt come with the oeroes, absolutely disgusting, also a timmy was dancing

Wasn’t after a top class meal, after all, it’s Maccas - but even for Maccas standards this gets a very low rating - items missing from order, cold food and worst of all very poor customer servicennAlso to add.. toilets were filthy & this was first thing in the morning..

Horrible service order got lost twice and took 15 minutes to get 2 ice creams and we couldn't believe the food toasted sandwich was plain bread and wasted around 50 dollars on food that was cold and raw and stuff was thrown by employees to other employees very rude aswell people were waiting around 30 minutes for food ridiculous
