Although I approached the counter for info on a new product I was railroaded over to the touch display screens where I was unable to order my seniors coffee anyway! Back to the counter.... absolutely no customer service. If I'd wanted to use the touch screen I would have! Maccas...I  think you've lost touch with your bread and butter. That is your customers.
