Today we ordered 16 apple pies in the drive thru. The server was unbothered and seemed that she did not want to be there. When receiving the pies, we saw that they crammed it all into one bag and it had ripped so we asked for two bags. When opening them at home, we saw that one of the pies had literally half missing - I wonder how an employee could possibly think that an apple pie like this is able to be served? I ordered classic angus and the meat is old and hard. So i came back to ask for fresh one. after i ate that, i got really bad stomachache but i thought maybe its something else. Then 1 week after i ordered classic angus again and ask for fresh meat this time upfront. They are happy to do it and after i ate it, i got bad stomachache again. Seriously? its obvious because of the burger! Because i want fresh meat, they did something in the burger? its so disgusting and cruel behaviour. it was Sunday 16th and 23rd November 2025 between 7:30pm-10pm. Hope the manager or the owner can see this.
I ordered 50 choc custard pie, the staff told me 15 minutes, after 15 minutes, she said sorry 10 more minutes and after 10 minutes more, she said again 10 more minutes? And after 45 minutes, I’m still waiting and I don’t know how long I need to wait? If they busy, they can ask customers waiting about 1 hours or not.

When I got to the cone, I noticed it wasn’t breaking properly, so I stopped to check—and to my surprise, there was paper stuffed inside the cone.nnNot exactly the extra ingredient I was expecting.nnWould love to hear how this happened.
