Today we ordered 16 apple pies in the drive thru. The server was unbothered and seemed that she did not want to be there. When receiving the pies, we saw that they crammed it all into one bag and it had ripped so we asked for two bags. When opening them at home, we saw that one of the pies had literally half missing - I wonder how an employee could possibly think that an apple pie like this is able to be served? This is unacceptable McDonald’s

I ordered 50 choc custard pie, the staff told me 15 minutes, after 15 minutes, she said sorry 10 more minutes and after 10 minutes more, she said again 10 more minutes? And after 45 minutes, I’m still waiting and I don’t know how long I need to wait? If they busy, they can ask customers  waiting about 1 hours or not.

emotional mess. they didn’t give me chips at first so i had to turn around half way down the road after a very long day at work so i was a bit cranky and this place just made it a lot worse, went back in confirmed my order was not fulfilled got given chips sitting at the fry station, they had a whole lot just sitting there and i got the ones that have been sitting there for a week, they were just stale and tasteless, shocking chippies. my McLettuce had a bit of chicken with it and my cheeseburger was warm at best, does the joint prepare all their food hours in advance?

Usually, I am pretty happy with services in the fast fooding industry... However, this Mcdonalds somehow ruined their services. It's okay to have brief conversations, but, continuously stopping work and talking without focusing on what the customers order was is ridiculous. Our order was missing about half of the food items and ice cream... I'm honestly shocked and disappointed. There was no benefit to my visit nor an accurate attempt to establish good customer service. Swearing in front of customers, not knowing what we've ordered. When I was grabbing my food, a lady came in and then spoke to one of the workers about how what she ordered was completely incorrect and what she asked for was to allocate for allergies... what an absolute disgrace. I hope HR or a manager sees this... how the customer service has fallen.
