emotional mess. they didn’t give me chips at first so i had to turn around half way down the road after a very long day at work so i was a bit cranky and this place just made it a lot worse, went back in confirmed my order was not fulfilled got given chips sitting at the fry station, they had a whole lot just sitting there and i got the ones that have been sitting there for a week, they were just stale and tasteless, shocking chippies. my McLettuce had a bit of chicken with it and my cheeseburger was warm at best, does the joint prepare all their food hours in advance?
Why do we have to put up with this?nnDisgusting slapped together sloppy made burger drowned in BBQ SAUCE! Never again! That’s really done it for me and McD’s - the burgers certainly are better at HUNGRY JACKS! This just isn’t on!nnKitchen Sirens going off continuously in the kitchen unnecessarily.. music blaring ..nnTable Service was slow.nnMcD’s.. a huge F A I L U R E!nWas way better back in the 80’s & 90’s.. what have you done to yourselves?
I usually go here and everytime I go its a disappointment.nLast time they forgot about me in the drive through and waited for 45mins for to ice creams and 2 drinks and this time I ordered a big mac meal and a whip cream for my dog on the side. But they didn't put the bread on the burger, I just said no pickles...
Made 3 orders today and got no single words from different staff. It could have been better. I understand they are young staff but it is not hard for a simple customer service. I hope it will be better next visit and i will change my review. Best of luck with business.
Ordered patties and cheese and they were cooked fresh and perfect compared to our usual store in NSW that overcooks them. The meat was juicy and warm. They layered the items the correct way so that cheese didn't stick to the box. Thank you!
