Purchased a rippa large meal with a large chips and when I asked the owner for tomato sauce she said that they charge 50 cents for it. Since when has red rooster started charging for tomato sauce? The service is also bad, there was also no cooling in the store as it was a hot day, it was like a furnace in the store! The prices also all seem inflated recently!

You can see the diesel fumes bellowing out from under the roof, straight into the pizza shop upstairs at the west concourse. I can hardly breathe in southern Cross station sometimes, except maybe through my jacket. I can see vents, but no powered ventilation. Seems really like something huge to miss considering the health implications of breathing carbon monoxide long term, and the fact that diesel powered vehicles like v line trains produce it. I'd hate to work there. That said, retail wise this is a very well equipped station, and getting in and out on my way to and from work is super breezy.

I ordered a regular 1/4 chip and chicken combo paying $10.20 over priced in my opinion, drink was room temperature. I Would be better off going to the supermarket buy a full chicken for $8.00 and minimum chips. Chip did taste great Customer service needs improvement.
