I love HJs but this store is by far the worst I have been to. Nuggets were over cooked, no onion rings, chips were cold, bacon pretty much straight out of the fridge onto the burger (wasn't even cooked). Will not return

2 stars for friendly service... but how can you serve frozen sprite that's lightly colored orange and say ... 'it's frozen sprite.. but the color is just LIKE THAT' When its clearly been mixed with the frozen mango... because it tastes like FROZEN MANGO.

The middle aged manager Catherine, should be sacked for her behaviour. After messing up an order, she refused to refund my money and simply referred my to make a complaint to the website and walked off behind the counter! She left me standing there without my meal and money!
