Food there is fantastic. Parking can be a little difficult as the place is usually very busy. Today was Chinese New year, they had temple dogs, and drumming with fireworks. No too bad.

Food was good, nice busy atmosphere. Very large range of yum cha available. The service however, was non existent. So if you get buy with just eating what's on the food carts and not expect any service for drinks/other dishes, this place is a good choice.

Yum Cha, Sunday Very crowded over the weekends. Super crowded. If you have more than one child, this is the place to be. So many kids they can play with. Asked for a curtain type of dessert because they where packing up at 2.30 and the carts where not coming around anymore, only to be told by one of the girls "I don't take orders, I only clean tables" which is acceptable, however she didn't even offer to get someone else to help! Parking is a nightmare as well. You'd have a better time parking in the street across the road. Food was okay, nothing spectacular. Definitely worse than Gold Leaf docklands. Okay food is the only reason they are getting a star. All in all, not a pleasant Sunday afternoon food experience.

their female waitresses always serve with no courtesy. Last night the worst experience with their female waitress. We went to counter to pay. The cashier or waitress ignored us and started chatting with some guests jumped before us in Vietnamese. My niece said Excuse me to grab her attention...the waitress stoped my niece with a queen style gesture and said won't be long with a glance on us. We waited till she finished their Vietnamese chatting...
