Ordered chips and chicken at around 9:30 PM today 8/11 on sunshine branch via drive thru. Chicken pops where fine though The chips were extremely salty!!! It's uneatable
I’m quite disappointed with the ongoing poor service from this KFC store.nnI previously raised a complaint about a bad experience. The store manager contacted me once but never followed up again, even after I followed up myself. Since then, I’ve personally stopped ordering from this store.nnHowever, my husband still occasionally orders from there when he gets home from work hungry. Yesterday, he ordered 6 pieces of chicken but only received 5. He didn’t say anything and let it go. But today, he ordered 8 pieces of chicken and 1 burger — and they only gave him 5 pieces. On top of that, the chicken was extremely dark, almost burnt.nnIt’s frustrating to see the same issues happening again and again, with no improvement or accountability. I hope KFC seriously looks into this store’s service and quality control — this is unacceptable.
Absolutely unacceptable. We were served BURNT chicken that was clearly re-heated and not freshly cooked. The outside was charred and the inside was dry, rubbery, and disgusting. Paying for food like this is outrageous, it’s KFC, not a landfill. If this is how you treat your customers, you shouldn’t even be operating.nnShame on the staff and management for letting this leave the kitchen. Never coming back, and I’ll be warning everyone I know to stay away.
Come to Sunshine KFC for a 3rd world burger.nCold soggy chips, cold chicken and check our the lettuce. Delicious. nnPlease KFC central. Can you one day employ a capable manager to run this joint as it should be closed done.nnTraining must be woeful. Employee tried to add 2 x 2 pieces of chicken to my burger feast when I asked for 4 piece add-on. Genius!nnRegret it everytime. I will have to drive to a other suburb to get an edible KFC meal.
I had a really bad experience with my recent KFC order. The chicken I got was undercooked, which is completely unacceptable and unsafe. The French fries were way too salty, making them almost inedible. On top of that, the fried chicken had a burnt taste and looked dark, likely because it was cooked in old oil. Very disappointed with the quality. I expected much better from KFC.ni bought on 06/06/25 7pm-7.30pm.
