i just bought a hot & spicy feast and runout coleslaw i accepted to take another potato/gravy. A package has 5 Pieces of wings over ten pieces no chicken thigh at all. Very disappointed. Picture on the attachment.
The asian girls who work here have no work ethic and constantly ask “anything else” repeatedly after every sentence in the drive thru. The girl who handed out my food after i was parked aside rudely asked what my order was, with no consideration of me waiting, did not greet me or provide any customer care. Maybe if the first girl wasn’t trying to rush my order, she’d actually get it right and i wouldn’t have had to park and wait.
Sadly bot a good day for them. Had a sign on their drive through speaker saying not working only counter service but then it was magically working so caused a lot of mayhem and then got overcharged for my meal. Usually a good KFC so really hoping just having a bad day.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at KFC Sunshine on October 27, 2024. Before visiting, I checked Google Maps to confirm that the closing time was listed as 12 AM. My friends, family, and I arrived and placed our order at 9:42 PM, well within the operating hours. However, despite our early arrival, our food was delivered quite late.nnWhile waiting, a KFC employee began removing chairs from our table. When we inquired why, they informed us that the restaurant only offers takeaway service after 10 PM. This policy was not mentioned online anywhere. Shortly after, we received our food. I moved a chair back to our table to sit with my family, only to be yelled at by the employee from the counter, reiterating the takeaway policy. We pointed out it wasn't even 10 PM yet, and the delay was their fault, but the staff was unrelenting.nnThe experience only worsened as we discovered that our order was incorrect. Despite specifically asking for no mayonnaise due to an allergy, one of our members found mayonnaise in their burger. Additionally, the food was cold. The staff's lack of professionalism and attention to detail not only ruined our meal but also put our friend's health at risk. This incident significantly dampened our evening, especially since we had just enjoyed the Diwali festival.nnI hope KFC Sunshine takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service and food quality. The staff's attitude and the unnecessary hassle were extremely disappointing.
The food was good but the place was filthy! Granted they were pretty busy but still. Not a single clean table in the place and there was a drink spilled on the floor that no one bothered to even look at the entire time we were there. I had to wipe the table myself so we could sit and eat there. Also the toilet seat was loose in the ladies toilet
