Good service - I ordered really late like 5 minutes before closing time. The store actually honored my order and the delivery guy called me before arrival as he didnt want me to wait in the cold. With an ETA while the order was being prepared and 2 minutes before arrival. Can't fault them. Food was tasty too. Good work.
The only reason there is even a one star for my review is for the ONE manager who was nice enough to speak to me with respect and come up with a solution for the issues I was facing, i have never been disrespected more in my life the workers have put me on hold and forgotten or not bothered to actually take my order or help me with my enquiry they have hung up on me they have sent me the wrong food and burnt it and have also on top of that told me they will call me back and have just completely ignored calls from my number, $60 order gone wrong and they can't even compensate not only for how poor the order was but how unprofessional and rude the workers I spoke to were. Extremely disappointed as I have been a regular customer for years. And I can tell you now once I've resolved this issue I will never order from them again absolutely disgusted photos for reference, I had ordered a prawn pizza with extra extra prawn and it literally came with 4 prawns, and I had ordered a BBQ pineapple pizza and received a normal pizza, the garlix bread was supposed to be cheeky garlic bread but as seen in pictures it was burnt and there was barely any cheese on it what so ever definetly don't recommend dominos sunshine west as they have disgusting customer service and poor food service skills clearly
Absolute rip off!! Worst Domino's I've ordered from. I ordered pizzas and cheesy garlic breads. The cheesy garlic breads had hardly any cheese and they were burnt. Garlic prawn pizza had hardly any prawns in it. Some slices didn't have any prawns on them.
The pizza at this shop is hit and miss, the service is good, sometimes hard to get in there is stuff everywhere. The last pizza i purchased was a miss , this one must of came directly from the oil refinery.Food: 2/5
My friend ordered and it has been almost an hour wait where it should only be 10-30 minutes long. So called the store and the guy who picked up the phone was so rude, he just told me to cancel. Then I asked nicely how bc idk how then he put me on hold for 5 minutes then hanged up on me so I called again, didn't answer 3 times then finally answered then put me on hold again without saying anything. I understand it might be busy but at least be nice when answering the call and/or stop accepting orders online. And now the order is completed through the app but the food is not here yet
I ordered one garlic bread via Uber. They didn’t even delivered me and driver mentioned DELIVERED on Uber app. When I call the store , the man replied we are busy that’s why it’s getting late.. and I was like but why he mentioned delivered on app? No reply. He ask me to wait 2,3 min and guess what? Even after 15 minutes I have not received my order and they stopped picking the call. Shame, DO NOT ACCEPT THE ORDERS IF YOU CAN NOT MAKE IT.
I placed order from app, I usually prefer cash method and this was my regular store for order. Someone called Vithhal contacted from personal phone and was asking for credit card details to pay over phone. Which I refused as I won’t know whether it’s a spam call or dodgy caller. Was happy to pay but the staff was rude arrogant over the phone. Won’t place my order anymore to sunshine store.
I have ordered the mint thick shack 3 times and each time I get it delivered wrong....the worst, always stuffing up my order. Can't even get a mint thick shake order right. I then get told that another will be delivered.....45 min later still waiting....keep it, not coming back to this store again service is useless
I order a pizza and paid online. My pizza box was throw behind my gate and no one actually rang the door bell. On top of this, the tracking wasn't working. So, I wasn't sure when it was coming. I went to the door just to check and found it behind my gate Cold and the box was dirty as well.
My order never arrived , got refund from uber. The Indian driver lied and said they left it at the house. They are not honest, no surprise. Better order from an Italian restaurant instead.
