Staff were very friendly and accommodating to children. The coffee was served in huge mugs and were great value. Little bit of a wait on the food but nothing to prevent me from returning. Nice and clean eating area with plenty of room.

Never did i ever expect to find such sensational food in a tiny little coffee shop in Sunshine. The flavour in all their food is out of this world!

I ordered vegetarian spring rolls, however, once I ate through a couple I noticed a funny taste and thought maybe it had meat in it.  I raised it to staff attention and I asked what was in it.  The cook came to my table, dug into my plate with her dirty hands covered in used gloves and studied it some more in which she denied it had meat then walked off.  They came back and confirmed it had no meat in it but that they will not charge me for it.  They still didn’t tell me what was in it.  I had already paid for my meal when I ordered.  
I am usually quite forgiving if it was a genuine mistake but denying me of the truth with no explanation is so disappointing as it made me feel like it was my mistake and not theirs.  I didn’t bother with a refund as I felt nauseous that I just ate meat and just wanted to leave and vomit.  They were in no rush to apologise or offer anything else either.  My last visit here unfortunately.

Really and really BAD customer service. The Vietnamese young owner took my order and forget about it. After 30 mins wait outside cause he said need to wait 25mins, then we came back and asked his staff and she tried to ask my order again cause the kitchen didn’t do that then he was upset and told her refund my money without looking at us or said sorry or any explanation. I will never come back to this coffee shop again and all my friend won’t. When he just started the business he was very nice but now when it is busy he has become arrogant and rude.

Coffee is pretty good for a mass market brand (Vittoria), it had some bitter aftertaste but otherwise rather drinkable. Food is nice and cheap by Melbourne standards. The place and area reminds me of KL :)
