I just took my children through drive through as a treat to get some dessert. Very dissapointed in the sundaes we received. Purchased 3 large sundaes and they were barely half full.
Went to McDonalds Wangaratta last night and ordered 2 burgers. After a 25 minute drive home and taking a few bites of my burger, I realised it was raw. I called the restaurant and spoke to Taylor who said she was new and didn't k ow the process. She called me back and stated a full refund and vouchers would be supplied. I sent her a photograph of the raw burger with grill slip attached. Attended today and no one knew anything about it. They refunded the meal amount and nothing more.nnTo clarify: I consumed raw meat that I purchased from Maccas, thinking the restraurant would supply cooked patties. Thankfully I'm not sick today but no one cared and I will not be going here again.
Located in a gas station area, when I came here it was busy with customers. There are Express Order Points. The area is quite large. Available indoor, semi outdoor and outdoor with beautiful garden views. There are toilets and a fairly large parking area. Standard McDonald's food taste. Standard service. Standard price. Disable friendly.
This is my regular macas and I see these guys on a multiple time a week basis. Food is always great and the service is always brilliant. Can't ask more than that...nnEven if a mistake is made, it's fixed one way or another
It's not even busy and the place is disgusting. The tables are filthy, milk in the coffee jugs sitting there for hours, rubbish all over the floor.nWorse than Hindley Street MacDonalds in Adelaide.nNot to mention the missing stools and the metal base just sitting there. A kid could trip over it and smash their head into the solid bench.nNot a pleasant experience whatsoever
