I think her name was Sonya. Great customer service. Great coffee and fresh crunchychips. I have always had fresh food made. I order coffee with my chips and burger and she put it in a meal to make it cheaper. No complaints from me.
Went in tonight to get dinner. I made my order at the kiosk then as I was waiting I decided to go out for a smoke, one of the staff there went out to drop food off to a customer and actually went out of her way to compliment my Metallica hoodie. I hadn't received a compliment on anything in such a long time I genuinely felt good about myself. Went back inside to get my meal and a chick behind the counter with two lip piercings just gave me such a heart-warming smile the whole time not sure if it was the same one who complimented me, but it honestly made my week, she was cute too haha. On top of the time I was there with the compliment and the smiles, the food was fresh and hot.
Staff were friendly and helpful.nUnfortunately, the toilets could do with a clean, and a flush button needs fixing
Ordered via the app with collecting via drive thru. Was given the drinks and icecreams and told to park. 30 minutes later my wife had to go in due to us being forgotten. Awesome experience everytime we go here. How it hasn't been closed yet baffles me.n50 minutes till finally receiving our ordernOur order had apparently been deleted and there wasn't a brain cell available behind the counter to realise this error had occurred
She is not good Managers I thinks so how to talk to customer because I paid lager bowls I show her how much in box which is see give me I say can you fix it I don’t care this is it’s lager bowls please see photos I upload it’s if I am Wrong.
