Went to drive thru last night at 11.50, could see staff behind counter….waited & waited & tried to call out thru speaker, but no one even responded that they were closing, they watched us drive in & didn’t even tell us through speaker that they were closing, it was obvious they were waiting for midnight to tick over!nThen this morning we lined up in drive thru to get coffees & a meal for breakfast, we waited behind another car for 15 mins before I got out of the car & went up to window to ask what was going on, after singing out to try get the girls attention, to be told it’s ‘cooking’, we waited a further 10 mins before the car in front got served, over 25mins in total!! We were visiting Wangaratta & had a flight to catch, so couldn’t wait any longer.!
Slowest fast food in Wangaratta.nOther day waited 5minutes in the parking lot for just ice creams while no one was in the drive through today ordered dinner through the app and clicked the in drive through button on the way there and still made to wait in the car park for 15minutes with nearly no one there.
Passing through down and opted to dine in store. Arrived 10:58 like a pain in the butt and even though they were busy they still very happily let me order from the breakfast menu. The food came out fast, hot drink was great too! Food was hot and the seating area was clean and modern. Toilets were immaculate too which is always fantastic!
8pm. Friday 30th dine in ,unfortunately 95% of tables were not clean & a lot of rubbish scattered around. Mentioned this when departing. Not a great response from the manager.
Vegetarian options are availablen.nPlenty of parking.nnNext to shopping center.
