The reviews on this place are well deserved. Incredibly narrow drive through. Coffee and icrecream machine is broken yet their iced drinks are advertised all around the store. Put a different part of the menu up instead of advertising a new product you don't have. Was the only one around, waited ages and not told what the wait was for, no sorry for the wait. The chick gave me the world's most crinkled bag. Burnt my burgers. Chips had no salt. Had 3 drinks and she tried to pass them in one handful. It wasn't until she saw my unimpressed facial expression that she decided a cup tray was necessary. Do not go there.
My mothers meal was wrong...small coffee instead of large and crispy chicken instead of grilled. When my mother asked the girl for her coffee to be fixed up she was told "you're annoying". Other customers waiting over 25 mins for a order were also met with a extremely rude attitude from Stephanie when enquiring about their order. Customers were a inconvenience...that kind of attitude doesn't belong in hospitality. I expect better from a company such as hungry jacks. Wont be going back. Such a terrible experience that we didn't even eat our meals in the end.
Fuming. I have bad food poisoning. I haven’t had hungry jacks for over 10 years after my last visit made me sick. I give it another try and this visit was no different. And it’s a day before a friends wedding and now I may miss it entirely. HG’s you need to overhaul your hygiene and food sanitation practices. Not good enough!
Reasonable price, great food, good customer service. Nice and clean place. But a bit too loud music in a bathroom. ;
Tahlia the assistant manager couldn't have made my experience more unpleasant. They had problems with the checkout and rather than acting on a solution kept me waiting for ages. She ubruptly said she couldnt, change my order from bacon amd egg to sausage and egg but when they couldnt fix the checkout suddenly they could just put different things in to come up with the same price. Both Ben and Tahlia walked off on the other person and said you do it to the other when the checkout was problamatic. No smiles no sorry overall ruined my breakfast.
Last time I went into hungry jacks was amazing. Today however was very disappointing. Burger was missing lettuce and buns burnt. Cold chips and no salt Parking: Disability parking is great
Not busy at all and can tell why! Breakky wrap with a way over cooked hash brown and no bbq sauce... Wouldn't to back
The only positive was the food was served quickly but the service from the drive through attendant was extremely rude. She did not smile and in fact looked really annoyed with me. She passed our food to us but rarely made eye contact and talked almost under her breath. I felt that I had done something wrong. It made the experience very unpleasant. As soon as she passed the bag to us she raced to shut the window in my face, luckily I managed to remind her of the sauce so she quickly gave it to us before shutting the window and walking off. I would rather have waited longer for the food and had a pleasant customer experience than experienced that. Bad customer service.
On Saturday 6th August my daughter ,grandchildren and I were in this store. I ordered a meal and a large coffee. After a 20 minute wait on our food, I returned to the counter and told Stephanie I ordered a large but received a small coffee. What do you want, she said. A large coffee, but which one she says. I said you do not have to be so rude.She replied, but you are annoying. The other customers in the store were as astounded as I was she said this to me. When the manager arrived for his shift near 1pm, my daughter told him how badly we were treated. He was very apologetic meanwhile Stephanie grabs her bag and walks out on her shift.
Staff did very well keeping up with all the people today because of the holidays the music was way too aloud with the amount of people in store.Food: 5/5
