I don’t usually complain but this HAS happened over 3 times and it’s just honestly a waste of food at this point. I can’t eat that it’s drowning in sauce and I waited like 15 mins for 3 things yea I get it time isn’t that bad but when u get food u can’t eat yea that makes people upset only this one town to, and the fact that the staff upon asking go “ I dunno, I didn’t make it” or here another famous line from a staff member “ what do I do about it” im just disappointed now im late for work and hungry just unfortunate, sorry kfc for complaining I usually love your food
The place is a disgrace food and crap everywhere, A family of 7 try to get a meal to be told 3 times there’s no food to do the meal and not to be compensated in any way. To then finally getting our meal which was dry and over cooked and not a care given, Not to mention the language spoken behind the counter on a Friday night then to turn the lights off while we are still eating in the restaurant can’t believe how paying customers are treated. Not interested in your generic responses clean up your act and hire some decent people whom take pride in their work and your business and I’m wondering how your going to compensate us for the way your staff represented you and the kfc brand
I have bought the 10-piece chicken wing combo many times, but every time I count them again, there are always 1-2 wings missing.
Don’t know why but every time I get rural KFC it’s faultless absolutely perfect, we had a large order and the quickly counted wings to be sure there was enough and started cooking more right away for next customers as we almost cleaned them out in one order. This store is in a shit location and hard to get in and out of also can only exit one way and if there’s no park you have to exit and do a lap around the block to enter again.
Staff and service was great...the food was good as nearly always but would not eat in store as floors and tables were filthy and this was before lunch...should have a staffers on clean up as soon as a table is empty..very disappointing as I do love my KFC..
