We got a amazing package of Value Chicken within less than 10 minutes. The service is great & quick. Toilet is clean. Seating area is unclean a little bit of crumbs but that's ok. Fries is bold and tasty.
Seems to get worse and worse every year, thinner fillets, micro pieces of bacon and over cooked, dinner roll squashednCleanliness not one clean table, not just at this site but common in each franchise & why do they always forget to put in the wipe/napkin and spoon ‍nToilets ironically because they have a sign in hallway saying they clean regularly, wow I don’t think so, bio hazard area at this site. Please get basics right, clean toilets, clean tables, good food and good service is all I ask for when paying the increasing cost of what used to be affordable fast food.
We ordered 6 piece pack got 3 tiny dried up legs and 2 wings in the same state . Also ordered a upside 3 piece dinner pack which contained 1/2a box of chips and 3 dried up chicken pieces . I have had good and bad meals but the bad outweighs the good totally inedible. Store manager very un interest in my complaint. And we drive from corowa to get this rubbish very dissapointed.
Had a Zinger burger that was rubbery and found to be under cooked. Went there again 2 weeks later missing food from my order and chips weren’t salted. Everytime you visit this store you don’t know what you’re going to get. But it’s usually small size chicken, food missing or chips not even salted. Always a let down.
One of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had. Never seen people actually move at a sloth pace, but these people did. It wasn't even busy when we went, but took over 20 minutes for our food to come out after ordering via the app, and then they forgot half the meal. The hygiene here also needs to be looked at, there were bugs and insects all over the restaurant, it did not look clean at all.
