Knocked off work at 9pm on a Saturday night admittedly a bit late for KFC having obviously sold all original KFC, thanks to the staff for doing all they could to honour customers orders, by thinking on their feet and giving options, might have been a bit of a mongrel meal but was as far as I am concerned probably the best value for dollar meal I have had in 30 years of eating KFC.
Of all of the KFC’s I’ve been to in Australia and overseas, KFC Wangaratta would be by far the filthiest KFC I have ever seen!nnThere wasn’t a single clean table to be seen, the toilets were a disgrace, rubbish bins full, food and drinks littered all over the floor, absolutely disgusting!nnIf that’s what the customers can see, I’d hate to think what the hygiene standards are like behind the scenes out of sight of the public…..nnHopefully the Food Safety Authority comes and conducts an audit to sort this place out as it’s clear that the management have zero interest in doing anything about it or implementing any kind of standards…..nnNever again!!!
Not only can the staff not read a basic order but are rude and disgusting when everyone from the drive thru has to come in to get their orders.nAlso mouldy lettuce?! Really?!nReporting to the health authorities and KFC corporate.nWhat a disgrace.
Started to do review but travelling and posted before ready. We were really disappointed. The s t a ff would have clearly seen it was burnt. We didn't know until we bit into it BUT it was clearly evident when we pit a phone Toorch on it. AND the chips were not cooked properly. VERY upsetting when u r travelling and tired.
Have always had a great experience at this KFC. Friendly staff and fresh food nHave had issues with the eftpos being down but IT is something they can not control.
