Young enthusiastic staff serve you quickly with a variety of fine food, good wine and cocktails in a pleasant atmosphere. Mains range from mid $20s to just under $40. Altogether an enjoyable dining experience.

Having not heard anything about the restaurant before i went in with a fresh mind. I was impressed with the quick and polite service from the start. While being attentive to me they didn't crowd. The menu changes were outlined from the start which meant I could make an imformed definition. The food was excellent, and was enough to keep me happy and wanting a dessert. If you get the chance swing by and check them out.

Excellent well priced food in a sleek clean newly renovated restaurant. The menu is continually updating and takes advantage of local produce and the wine list does magnificent justice to the region's excellent local wineries. They have a range of excellent pizzas and always use the freshest of ingredients. I can highly recommend Watermarc as an affordable classy eating establishment.

Poor quality wine and I tried 2 including one they recomended. Eye fillet was a great disappointment. Looks like they are trying but not quite getting things right.

Watermarc Dining is exceptional. The food is brilliant and personally, I cannot say enough good things about the Beef Carpaccio, the Pork Belly and the 'Krabby Patty'. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, providing a wonderful experience overall.
