I visited the McDonald’s drive-thru around 6:21 PM and placed an order for two large sundaes. The whole process took about 10 minutes, which was pretty reasonable for the time of day.nnThe ice cream wasn’t super firm, but it still tasted great—smooth, creamy, and just the right amount of sweet. Both team members who served us at the drive-thru windows were excellent—friendly, professional, and quick with service. They really made the experience better with their positive attitude.nnGreat job to the crew working that evening! I’ll definitely be coming back.
Arrived early 6am. Only person in store. Had coffee, made by clean, well presented thai woman.nWent to use the toilet and the bathroom was disgusting. The door panels were ALL smeared with so many hand prints/marks I had to push up high to open the door.nThe sink was revolting. The tapware untouchable .The mirror behind the sink was equally nasty. There was what appeared to be urine on the floor.nI understand that messes get made- yeah this is unacceptable.nI talked to Kiwi woman about the state of bathroom and her overall response was to minimise and dismiss.nI did not growl her. I understand they are overworked and put up with crap from the public for little money...so I don't blame her.nShe told me that the bathroom is cleaned once a day.nThis is to the owner of this franchise. YOU are responsible. YOU are the owner and ultimately responsible for the appalling conditions.nI would not in a million years order food from this Pukekohe location.nWho audits these places that are selling food to the public??nWhoever U are- do better!
Look at the Beautiful.. “Tūī”.. takenby me.. a photographer.. as I was ordering my food..nnAOTEAROANEW ZEALAND.. is truly special indeed..nn.. go take a look.. you too may make it’s acquaintance.. ..nn.. only in our breathtaking country.. will we see such a wonderfully rare.. and truly lovely sight to behold..
Ordered a sundae and some other items via Uber eats. Didn't receive sundae. Called up and they said that they don't serve sundaes at that point in time. Ice cream machine is never working on a consistent basis. Why advertise ice cream on Uber app if you can't sell them, or don't have the ability to make them. That is false advertising, as I got charged for it anyway. They also said they don't have an out of stock option on their end, which is a loud of bull. I've worked at places that have Uber eats and there's always an out of stock option in Uber eats systems. Money grabbing company, and false advertising. Do better
The shift managers and the whole team as well from drive thru around 2100-2200 27May did a really great job and team work as well, you can also see that they are happy from what they are doing.
