Pukekohe KFC’s Service is the worst service. Ordered Bucket of KFC through drive through, the French fries were not even half of the packet and they didn’t keep the invoice in the parcel to avoid negative feedback. Its a scam.
I did two online orders tonight and myself and my whole family have had food poisoning since 8pm tonight. I've never got sick from kfc but omg I've literally just sht out 60 buxs of food. I could add a photo of my toilet but I won't.
Drove all the way home, hungry kids only to realise they packed wrong order. At the shop they had run out of buckets and coleslaw aswell. Then felt like I had done something wrong upon returning and got the looks! Very disappointed. At the same time I was at the shop while returning another customer came in with her order being wrong as well. Hope she add a review as well.
Ordered on KFC app. Arrived a little early, but showed staff O/N and waited. Ten minutes past pick up time I had to ask if it was ready. It was sitting there going cold and the staff member wasn't busy, but didn't tell me it was there. Thanked her, left and went home to discover two items missing from order, chips cold and stale and chicken sub standard. Incompetent staff, and very poor service. Food quality NOT what they proclaim it to be. For a international corporation, this is unacceptable.
Ppl working their are rude. They messed up my order two times so I made sure to check my order before leaving.... they charge you for extra sauce and then put almost no sauce and when you request , another server comes and rudely give your burger back by saying there is a sauce.. and gives you look...... good way of loosing customers
