Pukekohe KFC’s Service is the worst service. Ordered Bucket of KFC through drive through, the French fries were not even half of the packet and they didn’t keep the invoice in the parcel to avoid negative feedback. Its a scam.
We actually received the wrong order,so we went back with the receipt , bucket, but the apology and response to rectify were absolutely professional and well handled.
I was pleasantly surprised by my recent visit to KFC Pukekohe. I ordered a bucket of chicken and was impressed by how quickly they prepared my order within just 60 seconds. The fries were hot and crispy, and the service was efficient and friendly. Compared to other fast-food places in Pukekohe, KFC stands out for its fast-paced service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
The service needs to be reviewed. Management was an Indian lady who would not let me finish speaking, continuously shouting and repeating herself, when I was only trying to ask a question. Lacks skills to be a leader and a compassionate manager.
I have been ordering food at Pukekohe KFC and recently their chicken were really dark maybe burnt or using old oil. The photo might not show how dark it was but their chicken used to be really nice especially the wicked wings.
