Still no coffee or tea. It's a restaurant for Pete's sake.Menu I was told is getting revised as it's hugely complicated at present. However food really is very good and if they sort out the hot drinks problem I would give them 5 stars. Always good friendly service.

Went there today was served by a girl who was rude and not friendly at all - after ordering (she got our drinks wrong ) she then said we said cokes when we didn’t ? So we sat down waited - it was a good twenty minutes when I decided to wave down a male worker - we advised him of the issue and basically explained we felt very dissatisfied , he looked at us and walked away not a single sorry. I waited another ten minutes saw our food coming which looked sloppy and no passion what so ever - I went to the counter asked the guy who was the owner he said him . I demanded a refund as he wasn’t apologetic and was happy to blame us for the drinks being incorrect. Rude as service, dirty tables - and sloppy gross food. Owner was so rude that it’s insulting that he is a business owner .

If you love Peri Peri chicken and chips with corn on cob nobody does it better than Nandos. I love this place and friendly staff who are more than happy to help. Great work Nandos staff at Pukekhoe!

New menu looks good... tried the new super fuel burger... it wasn't as nice as their other food

Love Nandos. This restaurant is going downhill fast. We ate at 4.00pm on a Sunday and whilst the restaurant was relatively quiet, the restaurant was full of uncleared tables, food on the floor and generally felt dirty. The staff were friendly but slow and generally seemed unmotivated. And to make matters worse, in the bathroom there was no toilet roll, and I mean not even a loo roll holder!!! Pretty poor, and a complete lack of respect for the customer's experience.
