Self service machines working / froze at one point then was fine. Fast service Good coffee & the order was freebie for McDonald’s supporting junior football so winning all round! Yummy crispy chicken snack wrap option instead of a cheeseburger was appreciated.
I usually don't give such bad reviews, but I've been consistently getting poor service in drive-thru after 10pm. I always say no pickles in my burgers, but they skip recon ingredient as well. I've noticed that I never get recon onions after 10pm. Staff seems to be lazy to make it up. Furthermore, Indian looking lady manager always serves me half a pouch of fries.nTo make things worse, on multiple occasions, I've seen staff eating stuff possibly fries while being served. I know that McDonald's have a policy, to not eat from the stations while on duty. Very poor service!!
I was served today by a friendly worker named Josh, was in a black shirt so I’m assuming they are a manager of some sort. They were very friendly taking my order and my food was prepared fast and to a high standard. Josh was even on the ball enough to let me know to be careful with my fries as they were piping hot. A+ from me keep up the good work!!
Terrible, used them 5 times. Everytime they've stuffed our order up. They then give us what we originally asked for but out of spite either dip it in extra oil or under cook it. The staff are lazy, rude and don't care about customer service.
Jasmine provided an amazing service. Loved her enthusiasm, as well as the lady who took my order. Would recommend this if you want a frozen raspberry it’s banging. Big love to the Moorhouse McDonald’s crew!!
