I have been going to pita pit for years and this location was awful. The staff (two men) were extremely rude and when I asked if they had spinach, an ingredient I know all locations have, they rolled their eyes at me since they had to open a new bag. I then saw the small plastic takeaway containers next to the condiments and asked for my jalapeños on the side. They went on to tell me in an extremely rude manner that no pita pit would ever give out condiments on the side and to not expect a location to do so....I wasn’t asking for extra condiments without paying for them...I simple wanted the spicy peppers on the side which were located next to single server take away containers...they then didn’t want to value the pita chips and a side in my combo and said I could have a cookie or a brownie when the menu clearly lists pita chips as a possible side. They were so rude and made me feel so uncomfortable after spending $40 on two combo meals that I would never return. What a shame

Today we had our dinner at pita pit hereford street, it is was a nice place but we Coke Zero with our meal. In the bottle we found some kind fungus. We have showed to the lady their, but for her it was just sorry. And she have given the money back for our drink. But i am working as the store manager in fast food as well. This is not what we do to bring the customer back. I know its pre pack drink but its still your responsibility when you sell the product. I am not gonna be back to pita pit anymore. Thanks for reading
