Not happy with the egg not being cooked all the way through. Was still VERY runny when McDonalds eggs are supposed to be cooked through. Made it very hard to eat.
Chocolate frappe here is terrible. It tastes like you drinking plain ice with very mild chocolate flavour. It’s a waste of money, time but most importantly it’s a disappointment! Food shouldn't taste like this it’s should make your taste buds happy not sad.

I wish I had my money back for every incorrect item this restaurant has provided. This morning I ordered 2 coffees - pretty much as I do 4 out of 7 days - same order, never changes. This morning though, I was the only person - no one else anywhere and they still STUFFED my order by giving me 2 coffees I did not order - 1 long black was something that was full of milk - pity I'm lactose intolerant, and the other should have been a flat white on soy...not sure what that one was, but again it was not what we ordered. Seriously Macca's, if your the only customer, how friggin hard is it to get it right????????? Both these went down the sink - what a waste!nG Clifton
Worst McDonald's in the entirety of the ACT. Hope the owners are proud.nFries are ALWAYS stale and cold and only ever half full note the large fries next to the medium fries from the same order. Dont be fooled, they were so cold even the children wouldnt eat them.nImpossible to contact and when you ask them to contact them back they never do. Completely unwilling to offer refunds or to change. Complaint lodged with consumer affairs and the health department- if their food is always cold, how long has it been sitting there?
