Really good Turkish food. Have not been disappointed to dated. Today we ordered a takeaway Adana Kofte which is served with rice, vegetables and salad and also has the option of mashed potato. What I also appreciated is that we could also order an additional chicken kebab rather then ordering a whole extra dish! Keep it up!
This place is like one of the hidden treasures in Canberra just tried their Doner kebabs and I am impressed! It was so delicious I couldn’t stop asking others if they had tried back at work I get real excited like that! Soon I will be back to try the pide and take over to friends for dinner. Thanks to the staff in the shop for their hard work and I really appreciate the good food representation of being back in turkey . So lovely and authentic. I hope you enjoy your experience too!!
Have eaten here a couple of times and it been amazing each time. A lot of food for the money and not at the cost of quality. I’ve been reading through the other reviews and most of them are from before they got refurbished and I think had a change of management. And since it’s an absolute delight to eat here, can’t recommend it enough.
Best Turkish in town by far! Weston Turkish Cuisine was clean, food was fresh, 2 person banquet is excellent value easily fed four of us, most importantly the food was really really tasty. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options were delicious !
What a gem! A new find for us but known and loved by many Southerners. Turkish food at its best! If you want to know what happened to some of the ex-Ottoman chefs, look no further. I highly recommend the Diamond Banquet, a feast for the eyes and tastebuds. Great value for money, excellent fresh, tasty, and interesting food. Lamb chops to die for, crisp fresh and delicious salad, delightful koftas, stunning bread, and the star of the show, a carrot dip that simply enchanted. PS It beat us, we couldn’t eat it all.
Popped in for a Friday night take away as a first time customer, good service, polite and friendly considering how busy it was, had pirzoli and pide, the food was nice. Waited about 15 minutes for my order and as a walk in think that is totally acceptable, tbh expected a longer wait with how busy they were. Place looked clean and tidy.
Best spot for kebabs I've always been impressed with their kebabs.. Really nice kind staff as well..
Can't comment on the food, but, was going to order online and was thinking jeeze these prices are rough. Look at the 'menu' tab instead of clicking website, and everything is $6 cheaper. The site it takes you to order has added $6 to every item. I order 6 things, that's an extra $36 dollars for absolutely no reason. You need to fix that...
Absolutely the best Turkish I’ve ever had. Food is delicious and fresh. Big fan of the chicken kebabs and vegetarian pide, and the staff are so friendly! Happy to say I will be a regular customer here!
Went here for a quick bite lamb kebab whilst daughter played indoor cricket. Everyone around me was commenting about the lovely smell such that 6 rushed up after the game for a kebab. My family got kebabs of various flavours. They are so packed with meat with just the right amount of salad, my teenage food pit couldn’t finish his, first time ever he was full! I used to be the ‘yarralumla place to go’ guy, now I’m ‘westonised’. This beats by far my usual choice for takeaway whilst the indoor is underway - the chicken shop. If they do frequent flyers, I’ll have racked up the points in no time. Only sour note-price said $14 but$14.23 was debited from my card and I cannot see anything in the takeaway menu or on the site why this might be. Also noted for the 3 kebabs my family purchased at $14 each they were charged $44.23, not $42.00 might pay more attention next time when I swipe my card….
