McDonald's is a fast food company that was founded in 1940 as a restaurant operated by Richard and Maurice McDonald, in San Bernardino, California, United States. They rechristened their business as a hamburger stand. The first time a McDonald's franchise used the Golden Arches logo was in 1953 at a location in Phoenix, Arizona. In 1955, Ray Kroc, a businessman, joined the company as a franchise agent and proceeded to purchase the chain from the McDonald brothers. McDonald's had its original headquarters in Oak Brook, Illinois, but has approved plans to move its global headquarters to Chicago by 2018.

There is definitely something strange happening at this McDonald's... The last three times that I have bought a Quad Quarter Pounder with bacon everything was served inside the bun and stayed there until I finished eating it. When I've bought the same at any other McDonald's location it always loses its insides after a bite or two. Staff are also pretty friendly and don't just stare blankly at you when you talk to them.

The staff are hopeless, rude and need more training on customer service. The drive through service was redicualsy slow as it was 11am and hardly any customers around.

For goodness sake can you guys improve your hygiene?? Had breakfast here this morning and it gave me a quite upset stomach with the trots. My stomach never lies when it comes to restaurant hygiene. I noticed staff dropping things like tongs and not washing them, also general poor hygiene around the restaurant - the kitchen looks dirty. You hopefully will be getting a surprise ACT health department check soon. I gave two stars as opposed to one because at least the food tasted really nice today.

DISGUSTING! ILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! A bunch of hair in my son's chips it was filthy they would not refund me or my money because I had the other stuff like the icecream still in car which the kids didn't ate they have poor service and that's f****** rude never go there again
