The McDonald's coffee is conveniently located in Swanson Streat, in the heart of Melbourne's city. Many of the facilities in the past crowd are pretty good and very clean. Waiter service attitude is good.

Went during white night. Staff would not do corporate $1 macaron with coffee deal despite it being on the till. Blamed franchisee. Go to 24 collins at. Always pleasant and charge correctly.

0 stars, I paid for a soft serve served in a lid with crushed Oreos and paid more for the Oreos than the actual ice cream itself to have some dinky Asian kid give me half a twist of ice cream and a tea spoon of crushed Oreos, ratchet ass maccas owes me an Oreo McFlurry contact me before I take legal action.

i ordered a big brekie meal on 17/2/2018 9.10am 。tooks me 15 minutes to wait like an idiot , lastly they didn't place my order to the kitchen and refund to money to me! Fuxk that whole team was slow, management do something please

The self serving machines didn't work, and customer service wasn't very good. We settled in ground floor table since we had a pram. The restrooms on ground floor were locked, and when I asked, the staff told me to go upstairs and she had seen me holding a child. I reluctantly went upstairs only to find no baby changing rooms there.
