We walked pass this place quite a few times. Not too sure what it offers at the start. My boyfriend used to work in the middle east. He would crave for some middle east style meat dishes every once a while. Uyghur is the ethnic group reside in west part of China. They have similar dishes like Central Asia and Middle East with bit of a fusion of Chinese (My apology if i am not politically correct in anyway with this explanation).  It is always busy. The food is decent. Portion is very generous. The lady behind the counter doesn’t speak much english, but very friendly. Overall, it is very different form the typical Chinese restaurants we have been to. Its worth a try.

Quite different and unique Chinese food. Very interesting to see and feel the intersection of Chinese and Afghan cuisines which makes a tasty and yummy food. Lamb skewers is a must as they make it with a very fresh meat. Also make sure you read the first page of the menu which explains about Uyghur ethnic.

Good taste. Combination of Chinese/Afghan food really get along well. Spacious, family orientated and good service makes you want to come again. Best of all it is Halal...

This small hole in the wall is a great treasure for Uygur style food. Lamb is the main meat of choice and the skewers are what people come here for. I personally like what was number 4 on the list. Quarter cut noodles I think. The sauce is what makes it.

For a place that does not seem to be run by an uyghur, i'm impressed by the food. It is tasty and quite authentic, especially the kebab
