Mazzeh Kebab

Awful honestly, don't waste your money. This place used to be good, I'll admit that. But in the last 6 months it's done nothing but gone down hill. A soggy kebab, cold chicken and rice makes me question if it's even safe to eat. Spent almost half an hour waiting, lame customer service and only one other person in the store. Always training new people, but acheingly slow. DO NOT GO HERE

Very bad service. Owner start swearing for chilly sauce and try to fight with me. I was told that you 50c for sauce which is fair but when I put it again on last slice he said you have to pay 2.50 and I said it’s not fair and started swearing and came fighting ... was about to raise hand... if you want to get beaten up for eating then definitely recommend that otherwise not... food is average as well...

Highly disappointing service this evening. Ordered more than half an hour ago, still waiting on half of my order. When I was first given my food , one of the pizzas wasn't at all what I had ordered. They're usually much better

Food is always good. Older man who works there was so rude to the young employee in front of customers. It was really awkward. Messed up my order also.

One of the worst customer service, dirty shop, and very stingy with the meat & cheese on the pizza and kebabs. Very long wait for food to be prepared. Also these people doesn't use gloves to prepare food. Wouldn't recommend.

Terrible service, The person currently working on Mondays hardly speaks English very well an when you try to engage he repeatively says "what" because he can't understand what I am saying. Mazzeh kabab you really need to have a staff member that is able to engage with the people an can conversate very clear with the costumers. Very Bad Service

As is usually the case with shops like this, the proprietor is also the cook. Didn't get his name, but I was impressed by his attention to detail with his cooking. I recommend the low-carb lamb souvlaki, but get the medium, unless you want leftovers.

Food was nice but the staff really lack manners and for some reason they seem to get annoyed when you add other things to your order other than that the food was ok

Great value and burgers are pretty good. Takes too long to prepare and workers seem very uncomfortable in their positions.

Great friendly service tonight. For a change my order was read back to confirm it was correct :- Tasty food as always.
