Lucky Day Takeaway

This is one of our go - to take away shops. My household love their 20 chicken and chips meal. The chicken bater is all puffed up and tastes delicious.

It's not much to look at but my options were limited. Food was surprisingly good, unfortunately the hot dog I ordered single became an extra 8 potato fritters which wasn't to the looking of Miss 10, for that alone I can only give 4 stars mistake was only realised once we got home and driving Beck to resolve was not a viable optionFood: 4/5

Extremely nice food every two weeks and the quality stays high since we tried them nearly 4 years back.

Had the chicken and corn soup tonight and it was super hot as in heat and delicious. It was a good size and so filling. Had it with chips but I think Garlic bread would be better. My brother had the won ton soup and it was perfect....we'll done guys.

Would only recommend their hotchips nd hot dogs..chinese pass and the pork rice not worth it..manurewa bbq kings the best by far then mangere town center.

I love their meat on rice meals, delicious, cheap. Their chicken nibbles are delish, nice and greasy. Their chicken egg foo yong is super tasty. Even their wonton noodle soup is very flavourful. My family and I love all their food. And, they are super friendly.

This is our go to takeaway shop . We drive from Manurewa just to have , always welcoming . I do a Phone order usually and they know who we are as soon as I start to say my order . Always tasty and hot still from our drive home , would recommend A+++++

Worth what u pay for, vegetables in chow mein half cooked perfect

Pretty good fish and chips here, batter on fish is crispy, and chips aren't soggy, cooked to perfection, crispy too. We ordered #5 special, good value, good price. Not the flashest looking takeaways but well worth coming here.

I was in the area, looking for a place to eat my first meal of the day. I look up some takeaways in Papakura and this one caught my eye as the reviews made it look very promising. I walked into the establishment and viewed the photos on the left wall. The food looked extremely tasteful and decided to order the satay chicken and rice along with the 6 chicken nibbles. I didn't wait long before I got my food. I was given extra chicken nibbles as well as chips! The chips were some of the best I have ever had before, and those chicken nibbles were divine. The satay chicken was cooked perfectly and the rice was amazing as well, all the vegetables were tasteful and the dish had many textures and flavours intermingling with each other. That's definitely a 5 star from me and I will definitely be back again.
