I have rang to speak to my consultant for 4 day's in a row, I have emailed 3 time's and have had no response. I have had automated messages asking me to contact Max and I have, I have spoken to 3 different people regarding this and been told that they will leave a message because he is busy and he will get back to you. I have been cut off centerlink because I can't get onto mygov. If I had been told on Monday what I had to do this wouldn't have happened and I wouldn't have spent hour's on the phone to the wrong organisation I had been advised to contact by the call centre.
Worth more than 5 stars that’s for sure. Stephanie is the most amazing employment officer I have ever encountered in 20+ years easily. Talk about human experiences and the ability to fight for you if your prepared to have a go. Keeps you motivated and has the ability to make you want to make yourself better. A complete credit to Max Employment. My journey wouldn’t be what it is without Steph and Angela and also massive praise to Nicholas Zervos the most caring and understanding man on earth!! Thank you Steph for all you do for me, you make a difference

Kelly H is the best. Kelly H did my resume so good i got a call back from all 12 resumes i handed out, also she provide me with all required training needed to get full time employment from the job decided on. Her boss Alison is a lovely lady and Kelly H and Alison make a great team and possitive experience.
I've been with Kelly from max Employment for 2 years and all she has done is told me when my next appointment is. •No job seeking support •No questions about career objectives/opportunitys •No jobs ever been referred to Anyone out there looking for a Job service provider, seriously don't bother with max Employment. Find a provider that will give you 1on1 support, a provider that will ask you lots of questions about what careers you like, and what you actually want to do with your life. Don't waste your energy with a Job Provider that doesn't care about YOU
I haven't received any job search support from this place. All they do is book your next appointment for you during an appointment and don't actually help you with job search efforts. I asked for help with a cover letter and got told to Google templates... No help at a computer with wording or anything. I have spoken to many employees here and have been met with nothing but rudeness and lack of compassion. There isn't even a waiting area for clients, and if you need a tissue or water from them don't hold your breath.
I was with Kelly for over 1 year and all she did was book me in for the next appointment, she spoke in a degrading manner unprovoked and never refered me to any jobs. In all the time I was there, it was only asked of me what my career and job goals were after roughly the 1 year mark, and then when i thought max employment had finally taken it upon themselves to aid me in my job pursuits, nothing changed. When I got jobs while I was with them, it was only ever from my own job searching, not once was I offered a position by them that was an appropriate traveling distance away or a relevant job in the industry I aimed for. When I went to TAFE during my time there, I was threatened by their staff via mobile that I would have to get my teachers signatures every day of the TAFE week to prove I attended each lesson, a TAFE course that I sought out myself without their aid, on my own behalf. I had never once given them a reason to treat me with disrespect, I attended every appointment on time and interacted with them cooperatively. For those out there who want a job agency that actually helps, I would recommend Surina Russo over these jokers 100 times over. Absolute waste of time and resources.
The staff here are different to other employment services. Megan especially genuinely wants to help her clients & takes the time to help overcome any obstacles that come up. I would highly recommend Max Employment Capalaba for anyone needing assistance with work.
Kelly hawira is awesome,easy to understand,id been seeing her for 2-4weeks and I got my dream job after 5yrs off sick from 2 strokes.hairdressing at just cuts capalaba park rocks.thanks so much Kelly you're the best ever....
Kelly. H assisted me to find Employment and now we are going big time to get me back into the mines. She is the best !
