My daughter attended today to get her L’s and due to massive anxiety, this has been a long wait and she was so excited yet nervous. We had to wait for an hour - not their fault, loads of customers and not many staff unfortunately- we were happy to wait. Staff were all lovely, professional, patient and especially kind to my daughter. They all do such a great job for everyone.
Popped in yesterday, Tuesday, 16.08.22, very busy and had about a 10min wait in line outside and 30min wait inside. Admin staff on ticket desk was helpful and happy to be there. The amazing staff member on window 10 was so welcoming and professional and both staff members made it a pleasure to be there even with the lengthy delay.
my son did his practical driving test here, and being a 17y he was very nervous about this. one of the first things his instructor said to him prior to getting in the car was “this car is filthy, I’m not sitting in here” causing an already nervous boy to become even more stressed - before his test even started! after having to scavenge for sanitiser and tissues in his car to clean the seat, he was taken into 30 km/h area where the sign isn’t even visible for road users and was failed for not breaking quick enough for a pedestrian at a crossing, despite coming off a roundabout at less than 30km/h and coming to a complete stop before the crossing. he self-corrected as she yelled “stop” at then failed him for not stopping for a pedestrian??? although he did and nobody’s safety was put at risk. would not recommend sitting this test at Cleveland, especially not young people. we will be going elsewhere.
Friendly staff but an hour long wait for a 3 minute transaction. Normally done online, but there's an error with the bpoint payment website and couldn't process the payment.
Went to TMR Cleveland to organise replacement licence caught up in Optus data theft. Top marks to staff - there was a queue outside, form to fill in, show licence and Optus letter, all done in 5 minutes. I am very impressed.

Absolutely terrible they tell U to wait for ever for a card and then when I ask for a new one they tell me the time has expired so U have to pay. This should be illegal and I hope everyone who supports these policies die a very painful death.nice job trying to starv my children imagine how many kids actually go without because of crimes like this.
Turn up at 410pm noone opens the door until they let people put and said they are closed for the day this would be the only department of transport I've been too that does this on would like feed back as no one help inside... wish another transport was in redlands as better service would be obtained
Was sent on a mission for brother to register one of his bikes with only his details and a Rwc number got a lovely lady Kylie very helpful got in all done with her patience and knowledge Thanks. And I really think the staff are excellent but are really overworked so remember bit of kindness goes a long way
Got my trailer measured they were quick and friendly and the process was great
