Great team , they're happy that im a good tenant reported by neighbours,  i am quiet and look after the property . They look after me and i am very grateful they provide a roof over my head.

Treat tenants absolutely horribly. No consideration if tenants have mental health illness and can't hack being bull dozed by staff. They are not considerate about their tenants at all. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from them. Still waiting on repairs to be done on the property I live in. I think they are proud of their one star rating, makes them look like they are doing their job, when actually they treat tenants like dirt.

Communication is awful. You'll have better luck at a different service centre, the people working here don't care for the tenants or customers.

Horrible service, extremely rude and condescending women working there, they LOST MY BOND LOAN FORMS AND KEPT PUTTING OFF FIXING IT. I’ve been in 5 times to sort out THEIR mess and they were rude every time.

Useless ...they go to work get paid thats all...they dont take care of tenants or the properties. .the government need to change staff around
